SUGAR: Cut the addiction

Did you know that we are all addicted to sugar? Sugar is in everything we eat. Its up to you to set your limits and know when to say NO to the sugar habit! I have a couple helpful tips that will help you kick the sugar cravings.

  1. Drink more water. The more water you drink, the fuller you will feel and plus water helps flush harmful toxins from our organs.  Want to spice up your plain water? Add some fresh lemon or lime to the water.
